We highly recommend reservations for our candle pour experience. Guests who arrive with no reservation will not be guarenteed a seat. Reservations must be booked online.
Prices vary depending on which candle jar you choose. Prices start at $22 for candles and $16 for body products.

There is no age limit for our candle pour experience. We ask that younger guests are provided with assistance as needed.
We use a natural soy blend wax.
Candles will be ready for pickup 1.5 to 2 hours after the end of the candle making process. We have a variety of body products that have no wait and can be taken home immediately after your reservation. We also offer shipping for a fee.
We would love for you to have your next event or party with us! We can seat up to 18 guests. Pricing depends on which candle jar each guest choses. We also allow guests to book additional time for food and refreshments. Click here for more information.
We ask that you do not arrive no more than 5 minutes early. Most reservations start prompty at your reservation time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule or cancel your reservation.
We do allow guests to bring non-alcoholic beverages however, food is not peremitted. We also have a selection of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages avaliable for purchase.
Guests can reserve additional time for food and refreshments for events and parties.
We do not allow customers to bring their candle jar back to use again. Some candle can lose their intergrity after being used muliple times. We recommend repurposing you candle jar as a planter or pen holder.

RETURN POLICIES
Orders take 2-3 business days before they ship. Custom orders take 3-4 business days to ship.
If your order arrives damaged, we will send out a replacement. Please notify us via email at info@thecandleloft.com. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
If you are not completely satified with your order, we will offer a refund or store credit. Return must be submitted at least 30 days after purchase date. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom products. Customer is responsible for any shipping fees.
We offer free shipping when you spend $50 or more.
